Our Purpose
Services to be delivered by CLC include:
- Emergency relief in the form of food and some financial assistance
- Referral to services for more extensive needs.
CLC seeks to work together with other service providers in order to offer a holistic approach to assist and care for people in their time of need.
CLC is registered with the Australian Tax Office as a charity with Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status which means that all donations of $2 dollars or more are tax deductible.
Our Vision
Our vision is to support people helping them to become whole, happy, healthy, equipped for life and contributing to the well-being of others in their community.

- Connecting people with others in their neighbourhood to create strong and vibrant communities which nurture themselves through the richness of their relationship networks
- Providing lifelines for people by building a web of relationships with expertise and resources external and internal to the community facilitating learning, growing and skill development to increase community capacity

Our Mission
As the name suggests, Country Life Compassion is about “compassion”. The attitude of compassion will permeate everything that is done. An attitude of compassion necessitates considering the process and the journey as much as the outcome. Our team welcomes your suggestions and looks forward to partnering with other service providers to add value to the life of the community.

The mission of CLC is to provide high-quality support, care and assistance for families and individuals in the Fleurieu, Adelaide Hills and Murraylands region and surrounding communities in South Australia and elsewhere; thereby contributing to recovery from distress, poverty and misfortune, and enhancing the well-being of families and individuals, increasing their capacity to cope with and adapt to change.
